Masterclass Disclaimer & Important Terms

By purchasing access to and/or participating in this masterclass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Results Disclaimer

This masterclass is designed for educational and informational purposes. The strategies, methods, examples and information shared are intended to help you develop practical skills that you can apply to content creation, social media marketing, client acquisition and your own business.

However, no specific results are guaranteed.

Any examples of revenue, client results, social media growth, views, sales, leads or other outcomes discussed during the masterclass are provided as examples only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your individual results may depend on several factors, including:

* The amount of time and effort you put into implementing what you learn.
* Your consistency and quality of execution.
* Your existing skills and experience.
* The industry and market you choose to work in.
* Your ability to find, communicate with and close potential clients.
* The quality of the services you provide.
* Your pricing and business model.
* Your location and market conditions.
* Changes to social media platforms, algorithms and advertising systems.
* Competition and general economic conditions.
* Other circumstances outside the control of the masterclass organisers.

The masterclass provides you with knowledge, frameworks and strategies, but your success ultimately depends on how you apply them.

2. No Income, Client or Virality Guarantee

Participation in this masterclass does not guarantee that you will make money, grow your business , acquire clients, increase your sales, grow a social media account, generate leads, achieve a particular number of views, or create viral content.

Social media platforms and their algorithms change regularly, and the performance of individual content cannot be guaranteed.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participants may request to cancel their participation and receive a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the live masterclass.

Approved cancellations will be subject to a 10% administration fee, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded using the applicable refund process.

Once the masterclass is within 48 hours of its scheduled starting time, no voluntary refunds will be provided, including where a participant:

* Changes their mind.
* Is unable to attend.
* Arrives late or leaves the masterclass early.
* Does not complete the masterclass.
* Does not implement the strategies taught.
* Is dissatisfied because they did not achieve a particular business, financial or social media result.

This policy is subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If the organiser cancels the masterclass and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or alternative delivery arrangement, affected participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

4. Educational Information — Not Professional Advice

The information shared during this masterclass represents educational guidance based on experience, research and practical strategies.

Nothing presented should be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice. Participants should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding decisions requiring professional advice.

5. Platform Changes

The masterclass may discuss third-party platforms and tools such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other software or services.

These platforms can change their algorithms, features, policies, pricing and functionality at any time. Therefore, certain techniques, interfaces or features demonstrated during the masterclass may change after the workshop.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability or effectiveness of any third-party platform, feature or strategy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the masterclass materials, presentations, templates, frameworks, documents, recordings and other resources provided are for the participant’s personal educational and business use.

Participants may apply what they learn within their own businesses and client work. However, masterclass materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, repackaged as another course or masterclass, or shared with people who did not purchase access without prior written permission.

7. Recording & Access

Where a recording is provided, access to that recording is subject to the terms communicated by the organiser. Purchasing access to the live masterclass does not automatically guarantee permanent or lifetime access to recordings or future versions of the programme unless this is specifically stated as part of the offer.

Participants may not record, reproduce or redistribute the masterclass without permission.

8. Participant Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for their own business decisions and actions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing, advertising, client agreements, business activities and use of social media comply with the laws, regulations and platform policies applicable to you and your clients.

9. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

Where reasonably necessary, the organiser may make changes to the workshop schedule, speakers, content, format or delivery method.

If circumstances outside the organiser’s reasonable control affect the delivery of the masterclass, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes and provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

10. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing access to the masterclass and/or participating in it, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

The purpose of this masterclass is to give you practical knowledge, strategies and tools that you can implement in your own journey. We provide the education and framework — what you do with that information will play a major role in the results you achieve.
